About FNB

FNB is the search directory for Singapore’s F&B trade.

Type a product, a brand or a company name, and see which Singapore suppliers carry it — then enquire with them directly. FNB is operated by Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201627852W), Singapore.

The problem it solves

“Who supplies this?” is one of the most common questions in a Singapore kitchen or bar, and one of the hardest to answer. The information sits on supplier websites, in PDF catalogues, in WhatsApp threads with sales reps, and in the heads of people who have worked here for twenty years. FNB puts it in one searchable place.

What FNB is not

FNB is not a marketplace. There is no checkout, no cart, no ordering and no payment processing — when you find a supplier you deal with them directly, on your own terms. FNB is not a price comparison site either: no price appears on FNB unless its supplier chose to publish it, and we never rank or compare suppliers by price. And a listing is not an endorsement. We are not paid to rank anyone higher.

Where the data comes from

Three routes:

   Imported from public sources

   Supplier websites, published catalogues, the company and licensing registers, trade-association directories and trade-show exhibitor lists. Most listings start this way, and many are still thin — often no more than a name, an address and a category. We record where each fact came from and when it was collected, so a listing can always be traced back.

   Submitted by the trade

   Chefs, bar managers, purchasing teams, or the suppliers themselves. Anyone can add a supplier; every submission is reviewed first, never published straight from the form.

   Claimed and corrected by suppliers

   A supplier can claim their own page, prove they are who they say they are, and from then on keep their own details current — contacts, products, delivery days and areas, lead time and minimum order.

Why pricing is private by default

Trade pricing in this industry is negotiated — by volume, by account, by relationship. A supplier who publishes one customer’s price ends up explaining it to every other customer, which is why most of them simply would not list at all if the price came with it.

So FNB makes availability public and keeps pricing private unless a supplier explicitly turns public pricing on. When prices are private they are not merely hidden in the page — they are excluded from the data the site can read at all. You ask for a price through the enquiry form on the supplier’s page, and the supplier answers you directly.

If this is your company

Every unclaimed supplier page carries a claim link. You verify an email address with a code, tell us how you are connected to the business, and a person at FNB checks it before handing over the listing — a working email proves you control an inbox, not that you speak for the company. It is new, and it is incomplete

FNB has just launched. Plenty of Singapore suppliers are not in it yet, some entries are thin, and some are certainly out of date — always confirm the details that matter with the supplier before you order. We log the searches that return nothing and use them to decide what to add next, so a search that fails is still useful. If something is missing, the fastest fix is to tell us about it.
