We build your page
We read your catalogue and draft every product listing from it — names, pack sizes, origins. You never retype your own price list; you check the drafts and publish them.

A Singapore company with its UEN is live as soon as you send it, and the page is yours to edit from that moment. Your products appear in search, and enquiries go to you. A person at FNB checks every new owner afterwards.

What you get
Free, and stays free
Listing, claiming your page and receiving enquiries cost nothing for a company registered in Singapore, or an overseas brand listed through its Singapore representative. No card, no contract, no commission on anything you sell. An overseas company with no Singapore representative lists through the FNB Overseas Partner programme instead.
Prices are private by default. Only you can make yours public.
Every price you upload is private by default — buyers browsing your catalogue see “price on request” and their enquiries come straight to you. If you ever want to show a price publicly, that switch is yours alone to flip.
We do the data entry
Send the price list you already have. We extract the products, check every price against your document, and you review the result — not the other way round.
You stay in control
Sign in with a code to your work email and say it is your company. The page is then yours — products, prices, delivery terms and contacts, all yours to edit.

Search for your company first — it may already be here. If not, its name, UEN and your work email are all we need. Attach your price list and your product listings arrive already drafted.

Common questions
- What does it cost?
- Nothing for a company registered in Singapore, or for an overseas brand listed through its Singapore representative. Being listed, claiming your page and receiving enquiries are free. A company registered abroad with no representative in Singapore is the one exception: it lists through the FNB Overseas Partner programme, at S$199 a month, because checking a company abroad is real work. It pays the first month to send its application, and if we cannot approve it, that month covers the check and nothing more is charged (fnb.com.sg/overseas-partners).
- What format should my price list be in?
- Whatever you already have: a PDF, an Excel or CSV export, a Word document, or a clear photo of a printed sheet. Up to 50 MB.
- Will buyers see my trade prices?
- No. Every price on the site is private by default, and the system is built so it cannot publish a price without your approval. Buyers see “price on request” next to your products, and their enquiries come straight to you — so you quote each customer the way you always have. If you ever want to display a price publicly, you turn that on yourself.
- How long until my company is live?
- A company registered in Singapore is live as soon as you send it with its UEN, and the page is yours to manage from that moment. A person at FNB then checks the company and its new owner; if something does not match, we email you, and a page that is not yours is taken back. If your company is already listed, search for it at the top of this page — one click makes it yours. An overseas company goes live differently: an FNB Overseas Partner pays first, and its page and badge go live when our checks have passed; an overseas brand appears on its Singapore representative’s page once we have confirmed it with the brand.
- What do you check before listing a Singapore company?
- That its UEN is live on ACRA’s register and the name matches; that it has a business address in Singapore; a Singapore phone number, or a short call with us; and that the website on the listing is its own. A company registered abroad that applies as a Singapore one is not listed as Singaporean — we tell it the way in that fits: through its Singapore representative, or through the FNB Overseas Partner programme.
- My company is registered outside Singapore. Can I list?
- Yes, in one of two ways. If an importer, distributor or agent in Singapore sells your products under an agreement, you are listed free as a brand on their page, under “Brands we represent”, and buyers order through them — you do not get a page of your own. If no company in Singapore represents you, you list through the FNB Overseas Partner programme at S$199 a month: you pay the first month to send your application, we check your company, and your page goes live with the FNB Overseas Partner badge when the check passes — if we cannot approve it, that month covers the check and nothing more is charged. - Who runs FNB, and what is the catch?
- FNB is operated by Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201627852W), a Singapore company — you can reach a person at hello@fnb.com.sg. There is no catch. FNB has just launched, and the directory is only useful to buyers if every supplier is on it — so listing a company registered in Singapore is free and stays free (a company registered abroad with no Singapore representative is the one exception: it lists through the FNB Overseas Partner programme). Orders and payment never go through FNB: buyers send an enquiry from your page and deal with you directly, and we take no commission on anything you sell.
- Can I edit or remove my listing later?
- Yes. Everything on your page is editable once you claim it, and removal is one email to hello@fnb.com.sg from a company address.
- Is there anything paid?
- Two things, and a company registered in Singapore needs neither to be listed. FNB Verified is an optional membership at S$99 a month, for companies registered in Singapore only: FNB checks your business information, re-checks it monthly, reviews the updates you send within seven working days, and shows the Verified badge on your page — and a Verified supplier is listed first among the direct matches of a search it genuinely belongs in. Listing, claiming and enquiries are free whether you take it or not. The FNB Overseas Partner programme, at S$199 a month, is how a company registered abroad with no representative in Singapore lists: it pays the first month to send its application, and if we cannot approve it, that month covers the check and nothing more is charged (fnb.com.sg/overseas-partners).
