We build your page
We read your catalogue and draft every product listing from it — names, pack sizes, origins. You never retype your own price list. A person checks the result before anything goes live.

Buyers find you
Your products appear in search, and enquiries go to you. Claim your page with your work email — a person approves the claim, usually within two working days — and everything on it is yours to edit.

What you get
Free, and stays free
Listing, claiming your page and receiving enquiries cost nothing. No card, no contract, no commission on anything you sell.
Prices are private by default. Only you can make yours public.
Every price you upload is private by default — buyers browsing your catalogue see "price on request" and their enquiries come straight to you. If you ever want to show a price publicly, that switch is yours alone to flip.
We do the data entry
Send the price list you already have. We extract the products, check every price against your document, and you review the result — not the other way round.
You stay in control
Claim your page with a code to your work email and everything on it is yours to edit: products, prices, delivery terms, contacts.
Get listed
Company name and work email are all we need to start. Attach your price list and your product listings arrive already drafted.
Review takes about two working days — the sooner you send it, the sooner buyers find you.
Common questions
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Being listed, claiming your page and receiving enquiries are free.
- What format should my price list be in?
- Whatever you already have: a PDF, an Excel or CSV export, a Word document, or a clear photo of a printed sheet. Up to 50 MB.
- Will buyers see my trade prices?
- No. Every price on the site is private by default, and the system is built so it cannot publish a price without your approval. Buyers see "price on request" next to your products, and their enquiries come straight to you — so you quote each customer the way you always have. If you ever want to display a price publicly, you turn that on yourself.
- How long until my company is live?
- A person reviews every signup, usually within two working days. You get an email when your page is accepted, with a link to claim it and take control.
- Who runs FNB, and what is the catch?
- FNB is operated by Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201627852W), a Singapore company — you can reach a person at hello@fnb.com.sg. There is no catch: listing is free and stays free, because the directory is only useful to buyers if every supplier is on it. We never charge commission on anything you sell.
- Can I edit or remove my listing later?
- Yes. Everything on your page is editable once you claim it, and removal is one email to hello@fnb.com.sg from a company address.
