When you see FNB Verified beside a supplier’s name, a person at FNB has checked that business’s information and the page says when. For the supplier, it is an optional membership at S$99 a month — and the one thing it changes about search is that they lead the results they genuinely match.

What the membership is
The ongoing upkeep, not the badge. The badge is just how a buyer can tell.
First among the suppliers who match
When a buyer searches for a product, brand or category that you genuinely match, you are listed ahead of the other direct matches. This is the only thing money changes about search, and the limits below are part of the promise.
The badge, on your page and in results
FNB Verified appears beside your name wherever buyers meet you, carrying the date we last checked you — not a claim that ages quietly.
Your people, published
The person a buyer should actually speak to, on the listing. Contact details stay behind a sign-in, so they reach buyers and not scrapers.
A monthly check
We re-check your public information every month and tell you what has drifted. The date on your page moves when we do it.
Updates reviewed within seven working days
Send a new catalogue, a price list or a change of details and a person handles it against a due date set the moment it arrives, not when someone gets to it.
Verified is for suppliers who have claimed their listing and have products on it. Your pricing stays exactly as private or as public as you set it, Verified or not.
What paying does to search, exactly
A Verified supplier appears first in the searches it genuinely matches. When a buyer searches for a product, brand or category and a Verified supplier is a direct match, it is listed ahead of the other direct matches. That is the whole of it, and the limits are as firm as the promise:
- It cannot appear in a search it does not match.
- It is never lifted on a loose or approximate match — only on the precise ones: a word of the name, an alias, a brand, a category, or a product it lists.
- It cannot outrank a supplier or product the buyer named exactly. Type a company’s name and that company comes first, Verified or not.
Whether a supplier matches at all is decided by what the buyer typed and nothing else. Payment never enters that calculation, and a test in our build asserts all three of these facts every time the code changes.
What we check
Company identity
The registered legal name and UEN, where available, against public records.
Website and public channels
That the domain on the listing belongs to this business and describes it.
Key company details
Address and general business contacts, as published by the company itself.
Representatives
Where a supplier publishes people to speak to, that they plausibly belong to the company.
The supplier’s page shows the date the information was last checked. We claim no more than that.
What Verified does not mean
Verification is not a guarantee of product quality, financial standing, regulatory compliance, or the outcome of any order. It is not a government accreditation, a certification, or an endorsement of prices. FNB has checked the supplier’s business information — that is the whole claim, and it is the useful one. It is about the company, not each product: a price on FNB is only ever confirmed from the supplier’s own catalogue, Verified or not.

If we cannot verify you, you are not billed again
The first month pays for the check itself. If FNB cannot approve your listing, your subscription ends with that month and nothing further is charged.
Payment is taken by Stripe; card details never reach FNB. Your statement and receipt show Superagenting Pte Ltd (UEN 202309948R), which collects payment for FNB Verified. FNB.com.sg is operated by Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201627852W). See the terms.

- What does FNB Verified cost?

- Does paying change where I appear in search?

- Do I have to pay to be on FNB?
- No. Being listed is free, claiming your own page is free, and receiving enquiries is free. Verified is an optional membership for suppliers who want FNB to actively check and maintain their information. A supplier with an excellent website and an accurate listing may have no need of it.
- What if you cannot verify my company?
- The first month pays for the check itself. If we cannot approve your listing, your subscription ends with that month and nothing further is charged — you are not billed monthly for a badge you never received.
- Who charges my card?
- Payment is taken by Stripe, and your statement and receipt show Superagenting Pte Ltd (UEN 202309948R), which collects payment for FNB Verified. The site itself is operated by Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201627852W). Card details never reach FNB.
- Does Verified mean FNB stands behind the products?
- No. It is about the company, not each product: that we have checked who this business is and that we keep its listing current. It is not a guarantee of product quality, financial standing, regulatory compliance, or the outcome of any order, and it is not a government accreditation. A price on FNB is only ever confirmed from the supplier’s own catalogue, Verified or not.
- Can I cancel?
- At any time, from your dashboard — cancellation goes through Stripe’s own billing portal. The badge stays to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after it.
