FNB Verified tells you which supplier records we have actively checked and maintain. When you see FNB Verified beside a supplier’s name, a person at FNB has checked that business’s information, and the page says when.

What we check

• Company identity

  The registered legal name and UEN, where available, against public records.

• Website and public channels

  That the domain on the listing belongs to this business and describes it.

• Key company details

  Address and general business contacts, as published by the company itself.

• Representatives

  Where a supplier publishes people to speak to, that they plausibly belong to the company.

The supplier’s page shows the date the information was last checked. We claim no more than that.

What Verified does not mean

Verification is not a guarantee of product quality, financial standing, regulatory compliance, or the outcome of any order. It is not a government accreditation, a certification, or an endorsement of prices. FNB has checked the supplier’s business information — that is the whole claim, and it is the useful one. It is about the company, not each product: a price on FNB is only ever confirmed from the supplier’s own catalogue, Verified or not.

Keeping information current

Verified suppliers can send FNB updated company information, catalogues and price lists. We review submitted updates within seven working days and keep the listing current — that ongoing upkeep, not the badge, is what the membership is.

Does a supplier have to pay to be on FNB?

No. Being listed on FNB is free, and claiming your own page is free. Verified is an optional membership for suppliers who want FNB to actively check and maintain their information. A supplier with an excellent website and an accurate listing may have no need of it, and that is fine.

Does paying change search ranking?

No. Verified membership does not affect FNB search ranking. Results are ordered by relevance to what you typed, and nothing else. Verified suppliers do not receive preferential ranking for paying us, and no supplier can buy placement. Verification changes what you see about a supplier, never where they appear.

FNB Verified is S$99 a month, one plan, monthly billing, no setup fee. It includes:

• Business information checked by FNB
• The FNB Verified badge on the supplier’s page and in search results
• Public company representatives — the people a buyer should speak to
• A monthly check of the supplier’s public information
• Catalogue and company updates sent to FNB, reviewed within 7 working days

Verified is for suppliers who have claimed their listing and have products on it. Your pricing stays exactly as private or as public as you set it, Verified or not.
