FNB is a business directory operated by Food & Beverage Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201627852W), Singapore. It holds business contact information, and it holds as little about the people using it as it can while still working.

What we store about visitors

You do not need an account to search or browse, and we do not build a profile of an anonymous visitor. To see a supplier’s contact details or send them a request you sign in with your email address; what we keep about you then is listed below.

• A random session cookie. One cookie holding a random identifier, so that a series of searches can be counted as one session rather than five separate ones. It is not linked to your name, your email or anything you have submitted, and it does not follow you to other websites.
• Search terms and result counts. We record what was searched for and how many results came back. Searches that return nothing tell us which suppliers to add next — that is the main reason we keep them.
• Your account, if you sign in. Your email address, the name, company, role and phone number you give us, which suppliers’ contact details you opened and when, and the requests you sent. We show your name, company, email and phone to a supplier only when you contact them. We do not sell or share this with anyone else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
• A salted hash of your IP address. When you send an enquiry or submit a supplier we store a one-way hash of the IP address, used only to rate-limit abuse. The address itself is never written to the database and cannot be recovered from the hash.
• No advertising or tracking networks. No ad pixels, no third-party trackers, no data sold or shared with data brokers.

Enquiries you send to suppliers

When you use a request form, we pass your name, company, email address, phone number (if given) and your message to the supplier you named, so that they can reply to you. That is the entire purpose of the form, and the form says so before you send it — your agreement is recorded with the enquiry, along with the date.

If that supplier has not yet claimed their FNB page, the enquiry goes to the FNB team instead and we pass it on. Your details are not sent to any other supplier, and they are not used to market anything to you.

Supplier information we hold

Listings hold business information: company name, business address, general enquiry numbers and email addresses, published website details, product and brand ranges, and ordering conditions. This comes from public sources, from submissions by the trade, or from the supplier directly.

A supplier’s phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and general enquiries email are shown only to people who have signed in. Contacts that name a person are never shown: their email addresses and direct lines, including an address that receives relayed enquiries, stay in the database and out of every page and API response.

Documents you upload

When someone says a supplier is their company, we tell that company at the email address its listing carries, with the person’s email address, so a false claim reaches the real business. Claims sent before 25 October 2026 may carry evidence the claimant uploaded — a business card, a letter of authorisation, a company document. A company applying for the FNB Overseas Partner programme uploads its registration, export and food-safety documents, and a Singapore company adding an overseas brand it represents uploads its letter of authorisation or distribution agreement. All of these files are stored privately, are seen only by the FNB administrators reviewing them, and are never published or shared with anyone else.

An FNB Overseas Partner’s page shows the type, issuer and expiry date of each of its certificates, and the date FNB checked each one — never the file itself.

Corrections and removal

If information about your business is wrong, out of date, or you would rather not be listed at all, email hello@fnb.com.sg with a link to the listing and what needs to change. Tell us if you want the entry corrected or removed entirely. The same address works for asking what we hold about you, or for asking us to delete an enquiry you sent.

Changes to this page

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. The related conditions of use are on the terms page.
