By using FNB you accept the conditions below. They are short on purpose.

The directory is provided as-is

FNB is offered without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the directory is available, complete, or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from using it or relying on it.

Information may be wrong

Much of this directory is collected from public sources — supplier websites, published catalogues, public listings — and from submissions by people in the trade. Businesses change stock, prices, minimum orders, delivery days and phone numbers constantly, and our copy can be stale or simply mistaken.

Treat FNB as a way to find a supplier, not as confirmation of anything. Before you order, confirm the details that matter — availability, minimum order, lead time, pricing, halal or other certification — directly with the supplier. Nothing here is a quotation or an offer to sell.

No relationship is implied

A listing does not mean a supplier is our client, partner, advertiser or affiliate, and it is not a recommendation. Most suppliers are listed because they are relevant to the trade, not because they asked to be. FNB is not a party to anything you agree with a supplier, takes no commission on it, and has no role in delivery, payment or dispute between you. Company names, brand names and trade marks belong to their owners.

Suppliers and their listings

A supplier may claim their listing and correct it. By claiming, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business, and that what you publish — products, ordering conditions, any prices you choose to make public — is accurate and yours to publish. We may ask for evidence, and we may reject or reverse a claim, remove content, or unpublish a listing where a claim looks unfounded or the content is misleading. To correct or remove a listing without claiming it, email hello@fnb.com.sg.

Enquiries and submissions

Enquiry forms exist so a buyer can reach a supplier about supply. Use them for genuine business enquiries only. Submitted supplier information should be accurate as far as you know it; every submission is reviewed before publication, and we may edit, merge or reject it. What we do with the details you enter is set out in the privacy page.

What you may not do

• Scrape, crawl or automatically harvest the directory, or extract it in bulk by any means.
• Copy, resell or republish substantial parts of the data as your own listing.
• Use contact details found here to send unsolicited marketing — to suppliers or to anyone else.
• Send enquiries under a false identity, or use the forms to distribute spam or malware.
• Attempt to reach private data, other people’s accounts, or any part of the system not intended to be public, or to disrupt the service.

We may block access where these are ignored.
