Aikit Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore food technology company that builds and runs InstaChef automated kitchens: self-service machines that cook each meal to order after payment, using induction cooking with controlled time and temperature, rather than reheating pre-cooked food. Depending on the dish, the machine cooks in place or tosses and stirs like a wok, and a meal takes a few minutes. Meals are developed and prepared in the company's central kitchen in Pandan Loop, and sensors in each machine flag low ingredient stock for replenishment. The menu covers local and international dishes such as chicken claypot rice, beef lasagna, teriyaki chicken don, Thai basil chicken rice and carrot cake, and the company describes its hot meals, drinks and refreshments as halal-certified. Alongside the hot-food AutoKitchen it offers InstaChef Chill+, a chilled dispenser for fresh meals and beverages. Customers order at the machine or through the ChefGenie app; partners use its Genie+ platform to track sales, machine health and restocking alerts. Aikit offers partnership and franchise arrangements to site owners and operators. In September 2025 it began a six-month pilot putting meals from brands such as Springleaf Prata, Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks, Takagi Ramen and Warong Pak Sapari into its machines, then 120 islandwide; its website now lists more than 300 machines in Singapore, at offices, campuses and other sites. The company was incorporated in January 2021; its registered activities are the manufacture of food products and sauces, and it holds SFA licences for food vending machines, a central kitchen and a cold store.
