Carrara is the official Singapore distributor of the Leagel (IFF) range of Italian gelato bases, pastes and rippling sauces and of ICAM and Agostoni chocolate, and it sells gelato machines, pasteurisers, batch freezers, soft serve machines, storage and blast freezers and EasyBest display freezers. The business began as the Ice Cream Shack parlour in Bukit Merah Central in 2015, became Dandelion Cafe in 2016 and opened Carrara Cafe in Alexandra in December 2017; the cafe is now at Blk 2 Jalan Bukit Merah #01-5148. It also runs gelato-making classes, ice cream catering, and F&B consultancy and cafe interior design services.
