- [ALLOCATION] Champagne 'S' de Salon - Blanc de Blancs 2015 — 1 x 750 mlA masterpiece released only in the finest years The 2015 vintage. Available now, by allocation only. The Origin In 1905, a man named Aimé Salon had a vision nobody had dared put into words. No blending across villages. No compromise of grape varieties. No release unless the year was worthy. Just one cru, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. One grape, Chardonnay. One vintage, when nature earned it. One hundred and twenty years later, Salon has kept that promise. In over a century, just 45 vintages have ever been released. The 2015 is one of them. The Vintage The summer of 2015 was unlike any other in living memory. After a quiet winter and a spring that set the vines in motion, budburst arriving on 14th April, flowering by 11th June, the skies over Le Mesnil-sur-Oger cleared and refused to darken. For three unbroken months, the Champagne region bathed in record-breaking sunshine. Drought records fell. The chalk absorbed the heat. The Chardonnay grapes ripened slowly, silently, perfectly. Then, just as harvest approached on 8th September, the sun returned once more, as if nature itself had signed off on what it had made. The Champagne From the first moment, Salon 2015 captivates the senses. Its shimmering golden hue glints with green and silver. A graceful stream of fine bubbles releases precise, delicate bouquet: white flowers, hints of linden and honeysuckle, all underpinned by a persistent chalky quality that threads through every aroma. The palate is generous and vibrant, balancing saline freshness with brilliance, a pure expression of its terroir. Intense and finely structured, it delivers a tasting experience where depth and refinement meet, each sip telling a story of place and time. Technical Details Dosage: 6 g/l Serve between 13–15°C Ageing potential: over 15 years 100% Chardonnay Ratings Rated 97/100 by Vinous (Antonio Galloni) "The 2015 Salon is exquisite... a Champagne of cool sophistication and total polish." - [ALLOCATION] Champagne Agrapart - 'Exp 19' Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Nature NV6x750mlAsk about this
- [ALLOCATION] Champagne Agrapart - 'Exp 19' Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Nature NV — 1 x 750 mlGrape 100% Chardonnay Tasting notes The 2019 vintage reveals a radiant bouquet of lemon zest, grapefruit, green apple, and delicate floral tones. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, carried by a fine mousse and vibrant acidity that emphasize its crisp, mineral-driven character. Extended lees aging adds a subtle richness and textural refinement, while the long, clean finish lingers with citrus and a touch of wet stone, perfectly expressing the Grand Cru terroir. More About The Winery A benchmark grower in the Côte des Blancs, Champagne Agrapart & Fils is one of the most respected names among terroir-driven Champagnes. Based in Avize, at the heart of Grand Cru Chardonnay territory, the domaine is now led by Pascal Agrapart, who has elevated it to cult status among sommeliers and collectors. The vineyards are rooted in pure chalk soils, a defining feature of the Côte des Blancs, which brings precision, salinity, and remarkable tension to the wines. Working with low yields and meticulous vineyard practices, Agrapart focuses on expressing each parcel with clarity and authenticity. Chardonnay is the sole grape variety, crafted into a range of cuvées that highlight different terroirs—from the approachable Terroirs to the more structured and mineral-driven Minéral and Avizoise. Fermentations are often carried out in older oak barrels, adding texture without masking the purity of the fruit. The style is unmistakable: citrus, green apple, white flowers, and chalky minerality, supported by a fine, persistent mousse and a dry, precise finish. These are Champagnes of energy and structure, designed more for the table than for aperitif alone. What sets Agrapart apart is its commitment to terroir expression— each cuvée a transparent reflection of its origin, with minimal dosage and a focus on balance. Champagne Agrapart stands as a reference for modern grower Champagne: pure, incisive, and deeply mineral wines, offering one of the most authentic expressions of Chardonnay in Champagne.750 mlAsk about this

Expert Ratings Robert Parker's Wine Advocate 92+/100 “A cuvée intended to validate Agrapart's contention that terroir trumps cépage, the latest rendition of the NV Extra Brut Grand Cru Complantée is based on the 2016 vintage, complemented by 20% of 2015, and it was disgorged in May 2019 with five grams per liter dosage. Revealing lovely aromas of crisp yellow pear, blanched almonds, white flowers and citrus oil, it's medium to full-bodied, incisive and energetic, with good depth and concentration and a long finish.” William Kelley, The Wine Advocate Vinous 93+/100 "Agrapart’s NV Extra Brut Complantée Grand Cru a field blend of Pinot Noir Pinot Meunier Pinot Blanc Arbane Petit Meslier and Chardonnay is just sublime. Gracious and lifted with tremendous aromatic depth the Complantée is utterly beguiling. White flowers mint and orchard fruit are just some of the many nuances that emerge. In the glass the Complantée is bright and airy. The blend of varieties yields a Champagne that is so distinctive both in terms of its flavor profile and structural feel. This release is a blend of equal parts 2016 and 2015. Dosage: 5 gr/L. Disgorged: May 2019." - [ALLOCATION] Champagne Agrapart - Les 7 Crus Brut NV — 1 x 750 mlGrape 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir Tasting Notes Agrapart's Les 7 Crus Brut NV is a vibrant and precise Champagne with notes of citrus, yellow apples, and white flowers. It's known for its chalky, mineral finish and a refined, balanced character, showcasing both Chardonnay-driven vibrancy and subtle richness from Pinot Noir. Expert Ratings Robert Parker's Wine Advocate 92/100:: “ Agrapart's NV Brut 7 Crus now routinely includes some 10% Pinot Noir, and the latest rendition is based on the 2016 vintage, supplemented by fully 40% from 2015. This bottle was disgorged in May 2019 with seven grams per liter dosage. Offering up aromas of rips citrus fruit, yellow apples and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and vinous, with a comparatively open-knot, fleshy profile, concluding with a chalky and precise finish.” William Kelley, The Wine Advocate Vinous 91/100: " The NV 7 Crus is bright, precise and sculpted, as all of Agrapart Champagnes are. A dollop of Pinot Noir adds richness, but the 7 Crus is now very much in line stylistically with the other wines in the range, which was not the case when this cuvée was first introduced. Citrus, floral and almond notes all resonate in a Champagne that combines Côte des Blanc Chardonnay energy with an extra kick of texture from the Pinot that really comes through on the finish. This release is a blend of equal parts 2016 and 2015 from the villages of Avize, Oger, Oiry, Cramant, Avenay Val d’Or, Bergères les Vertus and Mardeuil." - [ALLOCATION] Champagne Egly-Ouriet - 'Les Vignes de Bisseuil' 1er Cru Extra Brut NV — 1 x 750 mlGrape 70% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir & 15% Meunier Tasting notes Discover the unique expression of terroir with this exceptional Blanc de Noirs Champagne from Egly-Ouriet. This non-vintage cuvée showcases the power and finesse of Pinot Noir from the Bisseuil Premier Cru vineyards, offering a symphony of red fruit, spice, and a hint of brioche. More About The Winery Founded in Ambonnay, Champagne Egly-Ouriet has become one of the most celebrated grower-Champagnes of our time. When Francis Egly took over the family estate in 1982, he shifted from selling grapes to négociants to producing wines that today rank among the benchmarks of the Champagne winemaking movement, often mentioned alongside pioneers like Anselme Selosse. Egly-Ouriet farms 12 hectares, mostly Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay, with additional holdings in Bouzy, Verzenay, and Vrigny. The vineyards are planted to 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and a small parcel of Pinot Meunier, with some vines dating back to 1947. Francis Egly’s philosophy is rooted in meticulous vineyard work, late harvesting for ripe fruit, and minimal intervention in the cellar. Base wines are vinified in seasoned Burgundy oak barrels, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Extended lees ageing is a hallmark of the domaine: Brut Tradition and Vignes de Vrigny spend a minimum of 3 years sur lattes, while other cuvées rest far longer, gaining depth, complexity, and ageing potential. Recently, cellar temperature control has further reduced the need for sulfur additions. Beyond its acclaimed Champagnes, Egly-Ouriet also produces some of the most coveted still Coteaux Champenois Pinot Noirs —Burgundian in stature, profound in character, and made in very limited quantities. Today, Champagne Egly-Ouriet is sought worldwide by collectors, sommeliers, and enthusiasts for wines that combine power, structure, terroir expression, and longevity.750 mlAsk about this

- [ALLOCATION] Champagne Egly-Ouriet - 'Les Vignes de Vrigny' 1er Cru Brut NV — 1 x 750 mlGrape 100% Pinot Meunier Tasting notes Champagne Egly-Ouriet 'Les Vignes de Vrigny' 1er Cru Brut NV is a vibrant, 100% Pinot Meunier grower Champagne, with aromas of green apple, white flowers, and fresh bread leading into a medium- to full-bodied palate that's fleshy and precise, marked by racy acidity, creamy mousse, and a chalky, mineral finish. Green apple and ripe pear open the nose, joined by white flowers and crushed mint, freshly baked brioche or rye bread, and subtle hints of citrus zest and almond paste. Medium-to-full and fleshy in body, with a creamy, refined mousse and persistent bubbles. Racy, crisp acidity underpins flavors of yellow stone fruit, ginger, and chalky minerality, closing on a sapid, clean-cut finish with a touch of fleur de sel. More About The Winery Francis Egly's champagnes impress with the exceptional quality of their base wines. They are powerful, terroir-expressive sparkling wines that are mainly based on Pinot Noir. Given that the Domaine is one of the most renowned producers of winemaking champagne today, it has not been in this business that long. Before Francis Egly took over the helm in 1982, most of the grapes were sold to negociants. The charismatic and strong-willed winemaker changed this almost immediately and fundamentally, so that he was quickly mentioned in the same breath as Anselme Selosse and still is when the most formative figures of the champagne winemaking movement are mentioned. Of the 12 hectares on the estate, eight are in Ambonnay and the rest in Bouzy, Verzenay and Vrigny. The 2 hectares in Vrigny are planted with Pinot Meunier, the rest 70% with Pinot Noir and 30% with Chardonnay. The age of the vines goes back to 1947. Francis Egly spends most of his work in the vineyard and is an advocate of very ripe grape material and the associated late harvest. In the cellar, he mostly uses used oak barrels for his base wines (for a maximum of 8 months), which he sources in Burgundy. Egly is convinced that wood gives his champagnes more structure, complexity, terroir expression and storage potential. He also loves to develop individual parcels separately. Only natural yeasts are used, it is neither fined nor filtered and - depending on their nature - the wines go through malolactic fermentation or not. After the tirage, the champagnes spend a l ong time on the lees: Brut Tradition and Vignes de Vrigny for at least 3 years, the other cuvées even longer. Egly recently introduced temperature control in all of his cellars, which he sees as helping to reduce the amount of sulfur that needs to be added. In addition to its sparkling wines, which are sought after worldwide and are always highly praised by the guild of critics, the House of Egly-Ouriet also prepares the still largely undisputed most elegant and most complete still wines (Coteaux Champenois) in all of Champagne. These are extremely profound Pinot Noirs of Burgundian format, which ripen excellently, but are usually difficult to obtain due to the small quantities.750 mlAsk about this

A single-parcel Blanc de Blancs grown on pure chalk with colluvial limestone-chalk formations, aged in demi-muid oak casks and made with minimal intervention. It shows a savoury edge lining its lemony fruit, brisk and bright on entry, with an energetic, juicy mouthfeel that carries through to a mineral-driven finish. More About The Winery Élise Bougy returned to her family's estate in Les Mesneux, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims, in 2016 after studying oenology in Dijon, driven by a mission to restore harmony and biodiversity to the vineyards of her native Champagne. Her three hectares are split between Les Mesneux and the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs, planted to Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay on chalk soils layered with clay and limestone. She converted the estate to certified organic farming (Ecocert) and has practiced biodynamic viticulture since 2021, working in the cellar with indigenous yeast fermentations, full malolactic conversion, ageing across oak barrels, stainless steel and wooden vats, and no fining or filtration, with sulfur kept to a minimum or omitted entirely. Producing around 10,000 bottles a year across six cuvées, each carrying one of her hand-painted labels, Bougy has also revived Les Coullemets, a parcel of pure chalk once farmed by her grandmother. - [ALLOCATION] Champagne Elise Bougy - Les Mesneux 1er Cru 'Le Mont Chainqueux' NV — 1 x 750 mlGrapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, co-planted on vines dating to 1965 Tasting note Brut Nature, zero dosage. The nose opens with quince, kumquat and red apple skin alongside sour berries, orange zest, rooibos tea, marzipan, vanilla bean, custard and warm baking spices, unfolding with air into florals, toast and biscuit. The palate carries green pear, red apple, gooseberry, lemon zest and apricot around a silvery, lees-driven minerality, with fine, persistent bubbles and bright acidity cutting through a creamy, medium-to-full body. It finishes with a gentle phenolic grip and lingering tangy persistence. Her wines have earned her a reputation among a new generation of growers pushing Champagne toward greater precision and terroir transparency.750 mlAsk about this

- [ALLOCATION] Domaine de Trevallon - IGP Alpilles Rouge 2021 — 1 x 750 mlGrape 50% Syrah, 50% Cabernet sauvignon Tasting notes "On the eye, the colour is intense, showing lovely deep carmine red with purple hints. On the nose, it is powerful and beautifully elegant, marked by very ripe red and black fruits, against a background of white pepper and liquorice spice, very characteristic of Trévallon. The palate is smooth and ends on a long, lovely finish showing very ripe and refined tannins of very high quality. The balance of freshness, tannins and richness suggests this great wine will keep for at least twenty years." - Gilles Ozello More About The Winery Founded in the early 1970s by Éloi Durrbach, Domaine de Trévallon has become one of the most iconic and sought-after estates in Provence. Trained as an architect in Paris, Éloi left his career to pursue a passion for wine, planting Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah in 1973 against conventional advice. His bold vision gave birth to a style that would forever change perceptions of Provence wine. Refusing to alter his blends to meet AOC regulations, Éloi chose to bottle his wines under IGP Alpilles — a decision that reinforced the domaine’s independence and authenticity. Today, Alpilles Rouge stands as a benchmark: bold yet refined, with structure, freshness, and impressive ageing potential, making it a perfect match for grilled meats and rich Provençal cuisine. With vineyards nestled in the wild landscapes of the Alpilles, farmed with respect for nature, Trévallon produces wines of depth, balance, and timeless character.750 mlAsk about this

- [ALLOCATION] Domaine du Clos des Fees - '100 Phrases pour Eventail' Red 2022 — 1 x 750 mlGrape Pinot Noir (100%) 100 Phrases pour Éventails 2022 is the second installment of a red wine produced by Herve Bizuel of Clos des Fées, in collaboration with Jean-Yves Bizot, from the coveted Domaine Bizot in Vosne-Romanée (Burgundy). These two figures in the world of wine decided to join forces to jointly produce a world-class pinot noir in Roussillon, this cuvée has earned a reputation worthy of the greatest Burgundies. The grapes come from the vines that Hervé had planted 6 years earlier on a north-facing slope of the Agly valley on calcareous soils. Aging was carried out in 600 liter vats. The wine, whose name refers to Paul Claudel's book of poems, caused a sensation in its first vintage and became an object of desire. Just over 1,000 bottles have been made of this second vintage, which will be contested by the best restaurants and collectors. Tasting notes It has great ageing potential, and will flourish in the cellar. Its purplish colour with brilliant ruby highlights heralds an elegant, intense nose, subtly combining aromas of violets, a fine, delicate woodiness and greedy notes of black fruit and ripe cherry. On the palate, this cuvée reveals all its complexity and structure, revealing a classy, refined and silky pinot noir. Its sublime balance carries through to a long finish with melting tannins. More About The Winery Founded in 1998 by Hervé Bizeul — former “Best Young Sommelier of France,” wine journalist, and Paris wine bar owner — Domaine du Clos des Fées has become one of the most acclaimed estates in Roussillon. What began with a small, garage-made vintage quickly turned into an international success story, with the wines now sought after by collectors worldwide. The domaine’s vineyards stretch across diverse terroirs, up to 15 km apart, with exposures and soils ranging from granite to limestone. Many plots feature century-old vines, hand-harvested and farmed with a philosophy of respect for nature. With plantings focused on Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Grenache Blanc, and Grenache Gris, Clos des Fées produces wines of remarkable depth, concentration, and finesse. It features firm, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity, and a dense, muscular core, showcasing exceptional concentration and complexity. This wine is a powerful, brooding, and backward expression that is still in its infancy, promising exceptional long-term aging and complexity with further bottle age. Expert Ratings 96 Points Wine Enthusiats More About The Winery Origins in the 18th Century The estate takes its name from the village of Bages, just outside Pauillac, where a community of winegrowers thrived for centuries. In the early 18th century, Thomas Lynch, of Irish descent, inherited the vineyard through marriage and gave it the name that endures today: Château Lynch-Bages. The 1855 Classification During the famous 1855 Bordeaux Classification, Lynch-Bages was ranked as a Fifth Growth (Cinquième Cru Classé). Despite this modest ranking, the wine’s quality has long been considered closer to that of a Super Second or even a Grand Cru, thanks to its consistency and reputation. The Cazes Family Era In 1939, the property was acquired by Jean-Charles Cazes, whose family would transform Lynch-Bages into one of Bordeaux’s most beloved and internationally recognized estates. Under the guidance of André Cazes and later Jean-Michel Cazes, Lynch-Bages became a benchmark for Pauillac wines, known for their power, structure, and longevity. Style & Reputation Often called the “Super Fifth,” Château Lynch-Bages produces wines with the depth and richness more often associated with higher-ranked crus. They are built on the classic Pauillac profile: Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant, full-bodied, with notes of cassis, cedar, tobacco, and graphite. Their ageing potential makes them staples in serious collectors’ cellars worldwide. The Modern Era Today, under the stewardship of Jean-Charles Cazes (the grandson of Jean-Michel), the estate continues to innovate while preserving tradition. Recent renovations, including a new state-of-the-art winery completed in 2020, have further elevated quality. - [PRE ORDER] Domaine de Montille - Bourgogne Red 2023 — 1 x 750 mlGrape 100% Pinot Noir Tasting notes The 2023 Domaine de Montille Bourgogne Rouge is a bright and aromatic Pinot Noir, marked by crunchy red and forest berry fruits, gentle spice, and subtle earthy, saline nuances. The palate is fresh and well-balanced, medium-bodied, and true to the estate’s signature style elegant, precise, and finely detailed. Benefiting from a warm, sunny 2023 vintage, the wine combines generosity of fruit with admirable freshness and clarity. The fruit is sourced from a one-hectare plot in Volnay, in the lieu-dit “Les Longbois,” as well as from vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet. Although classified as a regional Burgundy, this cuvée is crafted with the same meticulous care and precision as the estate’s Premier and Grand Cru wines, reflecting the domaine’s hallmark elegance and purity of style. More About The Winery After being founded in the 1750s, in the mid-18th century, the Domaine de Montille century extended over 12 hectares. The family's financial problems meant that Etienne de Montille, the manager at that time, had to abandon certain parcels of land and focus on 3 hectares, mainly in Volnay. With the arrival of Hubert de Montille, Etienne's grandson, the domaine took off in another direction. Like his father, Hubert was a lawyer, however he would go on to lead a double life as a wine grower and a lawyer. He decided to produce his own wines from A to Z. Within a few decades, he would become one of the finest examples in the region, perfectly expressing the terroir of each climat with pure and elegant wines. Today, the domaine is managed by Etienne and Alix de Montille, Hubert's children who also were originally steered towards a legal career. The domaine now has 20 hectares of vines, including 15 of grand and premier crus, on the best climats of Burgundy, in white and red! Domaine de Montille now produces its wines using biodynamic methodology, perpetuating the tradition of innovation and excellence introduced by Hubert de Montille.
