It says its wines are bought ex-château, shipped from the estates in refrigerated containers and kept in temperature-controlled storage in Singapore. Services include In Bond purchase and storage of wine before duty, cellar sourcing and management through its Collector service, the Melchior18 Club for allocation wines, curated Sommelier's Boxes, a loyalty programme, and wine dinners, winemaker tastings and masterclasses. Deliveries are refrigerated, with same-day delivery for orders placed before noon.
